Whatcha Making for Supper?

Taquitos are a small rolled taco that is deep fried and generally served with guacamole. You can buy them at a Mexican Restaurant or in the freezer section of your grocery store. I'm making mine.
How do you keep it from unrolling or exploding during frying?

Ah, it calls for corn tortillas, which I don't care for. Can you use a soft flour tortilla? But, I guess then it would be called a chimichanga, huh?
Also, it may be that you don't like the store bought corn tortillas. I know I don't. I make my own and they are so good.
