The stuffed pepper part is easy - I had eight meals worth prepared and in the freezer. Gotta have egg noodles or mashed potatoes with stuffed peppers.

If you mix water and flour into a paste and put it on the last inch or so of the inside of the tortilla before you finish rolling it will hold them closed without a toothpick. Works better than a toothpick.

We had a chicken and rice thing the last couple of nights. And pizza the night before that. Still thinking about tonight, daughter has some leftover garlic sauce that we need to finish up.
