Whatcha Making for Supper?

I cook up burger and chopped sweet onion. Put 1/2 can of cream corn in bottom of a baking dish. Then a layer of sliced potatoes, then a layer of cooked burger. Keep layering until you run out of room in the baking dish. Cover with foil bake at 350 for about 30 to 45 minutes then uncover for around 10 minutes.
I used canned sliced potatoes because I don’t like to cook.

It's a made up recipe. Once all I had to make dinner with was a pound of hamburger and a bunch of canned goods and 6 of us to feed. Jerry and the 4 kids loved it.

Good stuff.

I love the clever innovation! It actually sounds like a great potluck dish.

Barbecue Saint Louis Ribs & French Fries (frozen)
Jerry refuses to eat outside, consequently we have no grill. Here's another make do recipe....
In a large pot boil the rack of ribs for 30 to 45 minutes. Drain and rinse off ribs. When cool enough to handle cut the ribs up and put them in a baking dish, cover with your favorite barbecue sauce. Cover tightly with foil. (I use heavy-duty foil over and under the ribs for easier cleaning) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes....
Enjoy!!!
