Whatcha Making for Supper?

Last night I went with the rum butter sauce for the cod. So delicious. Went with rice pilaf as it goes better with that dish.

Tonight I am roasting a chicken with potatoes and carrots.

I have something I'd like to make, but like yesterday, I had a lunch that appears to be holding me over. So it will come down to making something at the last minute like last night.

Our soup was called Avgolemono soup and it was amazing! We used orzo instead of rice and the fresh herbs really made it taste fresh and light. Highly recommend!

Smothered burritos with Chile lime rice and refried beans.
