Whatcha Making for Supper?

The plan is to go out to dinner tonight on our way home from Portland. I have a medical test at 4:20 and the drive home is nearly two hours, so that just makes sense. However, you never know. We might just drive on home and have leftover meatloaf. We'll see how we feel at the time.
