Took the left over roast I made the other day and added homemade noodles. It's a family favorite.

Yup, that's the place. The one we went to was in the Exchange at Redstone Arsenal militarily base. Boy Oh Boy, did those subs taste good!

Grilled and lightly smoked rib steaks, seasoned potato chunks also grilled, broccoli and salad.

Shrimp stir fry. I was able to get some gulf shrimp from Costco, so I'm expecting it to be especially good. We don't often get those up here.

They are milkweed pods. I'm not sure is youse has milkweed over and under there
They pretty much take on the flavor of whatever you saute them in. Nice texture. Poisonous if eaten raw. So don't eat them raw

Bummer about the coldspell and cheese.

That is very interesting milkweed pods! I have not seen it in the shops or the fruits&vegs markets over here. We might have it, but I just not travel enough to know. Now I know about milkweed pods

'Fancy like' for sure. Our local Applebees shut down during the pandemic so we don't get to go so frequently. Hard to resist their 'Two for $25.' meals and appetizer.
