Whatcha Making for Supper?

I made a big pot of (American) goulash last night. I'll be eating that for a while.

Too hot to cook. We're having tuna salad sandwiches.

It was going to be chicken Alfredo with pasta, but DH want the jalapeno popper sauce instead of Alfredo. Should be interesting. I'll give that a try. Will have to thin out the cheese sauce quite a bit to make it work. We'll have a salad with that.

Well this is technically my lunch, but I made garlic-lemon kale and ribbon pasta with a homemade cheese sauce

I'm leaning towards that Spanish sardine with vegetables dish.

Making a modified version of the Sticky Bourbon Chicken posted previously by @ValerieJ.
Will substitute with Splenda, Brown Rice, and Lemon.
(no sugar, no white rice, no bourbon)
