Simple fried fish with air fried potatoes and green beans tonight. Salad, of course.

Tried the others yuck.

I'm hoping to make homemade pizza pockets. I'm not sure what veggie I want to do.

Grandson and I just put a nine pound spiral sliced ham into the oven, tightly wrapped in foil. We're still not sure if we'll glaze it later or just have plain ham. Not sure what the sides will be since that's not my job today. LOL

My older grandson has been showing a lot of interest in cooking lately nd has been learning a lot. I taught him how to make macaroni and cheese from scratch last night. Rotini pasta and cheese actually because those were the noodles I had on hand.
