Whatcha Making for Supper?

The dressing recipe called for butter, but I left it out and let the chicken drippings take its place.

Let us know how they taste! I've seen the recipe for years, but I've never tried them!
When I cook something new I always ask, good enough to make again. He liked it, that's all that matters.

I didn't boil the jumbo shells I stuffed them dry, the same way I make Lasagna. I thought the shells would be easier to handle. I covered the bottom of the baking dish with sauce so the dry shells wouldn't stick. I also mixed an egg into the whole milk ricotta cheese. I think low-fat ricotta is too watery. I also used Kraft shredded 5 Italian cheese and because the shells weren't cooked, 48oz of Ragu. I baked it at 375° for 35 minutes and I let them sit for 10 minutes.
