Whatcha Making for Supper?

Yesterday I made spaghetti, pasta for DH and the last spaghetti squash from the garden for me. I don’t really like them much but heck I had 14 of them. ( laughing man emoji)

Have you ever fixed your spaghetti squash just baked, shredded and with butter, salt & pepper on it? Yum, that stuff is good!

But then I've never had to use up 14 of them.

if you bake and shred your spaghetti squash, then press it into a deep pie plate(like a crust) it makes a great quiche crust--no carbs

I have plenty left from last night so I will try that tonight! I’m burned out on red sauce anyhow. When we do pizza I get the white sauce very thin.
