We are still working on the macaroni salad. Husband will have a schnitzel, me a fake chicken patty, and cucumbers. We are currently in negotiations about adding in the breaded brussel sprouts or not.

Brats on the grill. The brats are from Dick's Market in Dorr and they make them there. They are huge and the best! Tonight's are green pepper, onion, cheddar brats.

That's what I'm doing this weekend for the 4th...brats, peppers, onions YUM!

DH adds cheese to his, I'm a purist.

I found some pot stickers in the freezer so I picked up an Asian salad kit and some egg rolls to go with.
On a side note, these are often my dinner when hubs has cold cuts…I’d rather have the pb&j The Nutella ones are dessert sometimes.

Tonight it was salad with fresh butter head lettuce from the garden . DH had chili Mac again and I had leftover meatloaf.

Nice base to work with.
Too much for me, lasted longer than I like to keep cold salads around.
Might split the next one in half....and use way less water to boil pasta than they say

I only do half of the Suddenly Salads and it works out fine

Spam fritters?!?! shudder

Lord save me from ever eating Spam again. I ate plenty as a child and could easily get sick remembering the smell and taste- fried spam, spam and eggs, spam sandwiches- spam fritters- no thank you.
