I find a little olive oil and a sprinkling of salt before cooking helps make the skin nice and crispylast night I made lemon/garlic chicken breasts, baked Yukon Gold potatoes and cauliflower.
Baked the potatoes in the air fryer - turned out great.

Ragu and pasta for supper. Air-fryer baked tater and tuna salad was lunch.
