Last night was leftovers. Tonight homemade nachos.

Our pizza dinner has been delayed until tomorrow. DH is tied up at work and won't be home until late. So I've made up a new recipe for chicken enchiladas in white sauce, some for the freezer and some for whenever he gets here.

Scraped up the last of the penne pasta dish....then needed a PBJ to fill the rest of the hole.
Really should go shopping tomorrow.
