Whatcha Making for Supper?

I read this thread in it's entirety throughout the day and I'm so sad that I've reached the end of it! So many wonderful ideas from you all!

Tonight I'm making mashed potatoes, peas, and (homegrown) baked potchops with cream of mushroom soup. I've never made it this way, but it was a request and I hope it tastes good!

The thread isn't over......we are gonna eat dinner tomorrow too. :p

I have made chops that way. They were tender and tasty.
 
Made potato broccoli cheese soup Friday night, tried to make a lot, but ended up only having enough leftovers for me to take to work for lunch on Saturday and maybe tomorrow. Last night I made a Big pot of veggie minestrone, had enough for lunch today and dinner tonight. I don't like to cook much on nights I work.

Love Minestrone Soup. Pretty Healthy too!!
