Whatcha Making for Supper?

went to a hibachi restaurant for grandson's birthday. We both had chicken/shrimp. Great food, but the restaurant was way too crowded for my liking.

Morning all pulled pork in rice with corn tonight

Tonight we'll eat leftover stew and coleslaw with sourdough bread.

My son bought a pretty big air fryer yesterday.

Today for dinner I will attempt to make fried chicken in it. Back up plan is sandwiches.
Side dish will be rice-a-roni cause I feel lazy tonight.

I saw the 7 quart ones and was thinking the same thing. This one is a 13 quart so .

One thing a bit odd to me in all the videos is the VERY liberal use of cooking oil spray. I hate that stuff getting all over everything. I may go for my silicone bbq brush and regular vegetable oil.

This is just....not logical....hot air does not 'fry' food, it bakes it, right?

I don't mind at all. It's on sale at Costco this week....til the 15th I think.
