Whatcha Making for Supper?

We went fancy and cracked open some Campbell soups. Husband had chicken and rice, I went with vegetarian vegetable. Also had carrots and ranch dressing for dip. Finished with single servings of mandarin oranges. I think we regressed to kindergarteners. Where's my milk and Graham crackers?

I ended up cooking an entire dinner while trying to prep for tomorrow. Found some Lake Erie Walleye in the back of the fridge I should have fried up a little while ago. Turned out pretty good except for the beading couldve been seasoned a bit more. Inused spicy seasoned bread crumbs, but theyre only spicy, not much seasoning. Didnt know that ahead of time. Whoops :)

For those of you new to reading my posts : my apogies for all typos. My internet is slloooowww and my device is old 🤷🏻‍♀️ Fixing the mistakes can make posting a single post take an entire half hour. Trust me, Ive timed it. :)

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

We're doing roasted turkey breast, oyster dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy and something green (to be determined).

Hope you all have a wonderful day!

I almost forgot the pie! That's probably never happened to me before

Sweet potato pie here!

Happy thanksgiving day for all you people in the States and Canada.
View attachment 2425774No turkey for me thanks.
Tonight we eat a pasta and broccoli left over from yesterday, turned into a huge omelet with feta cheese. And a big green salad with cucumber, tomato, avocado, sweet paprika and onion.
Thank you! Canada’s Thanksgiving is in October

We are having a stoffers Mac and cheese. Husband is doing turkey breast on the smoker. I'm trying some fake ham product a bought a year ago and never made because of the beer glaze. We will see how that goes. I'm attempting some apple hand pies. We also will have some corn, green beans, and crescent rolls. Tomorrow we will have the mashed potatoes and gravy, and the next day the stuffing to spread all those carbs out.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I'm grateful and Thankful to still be here, and I'm thankful to be a part of this wonderful community called BYC that has become like a second home to me. :) Also thank you all for being so kind, and letting me share your daily meals. It's been a joy to see how everyone eats.
