I've never fried cabbage.Fried cabbage, fried ham, fried mashed potato cakes, broccoli - double cholesterol meds.
Fry up some onions, add sliced cooked cabbage and fry the lot up - learned from my Hungarian MIL.I've never fried cabbage.![]()
I will have to try it. Generally we just boil it here. It never occurred to me it would take to frying like that. I guess they grill lettuce and cabbage now too. I haven't tried that yet either.
