I am beginning to think I cook to much.

So do you prefer Lunch Lady, Cook, or Chef? I'll choose Lunch Lady because it implies flinging hash.

I got the ugly uniform, aka my wardrobe. I just need the hair net.

Fry up some onions, add sliced cooked cabbage and fry the lot up - learned from my Hungarian MIL.

I will have to try it. Generally we just boil it here. It never occurred to me it would take to frying like that. I guess they grill lettuce and cabbage now too. I haven't tried that yet either. Thank you for the great idea.
