We hit a snag. The green chillies were sold out. Had to locate them at a different store. Now time is short so the chili and burrito night will be tomorrow.

Tonight will be deli chicken and cole slaw with apple pie for desert.

It is Once I get the sausage (hot Italian) and peppers/onions cooked up, we put all that on a hoagie bun, slices of cheese on top then stick them under the broiler for a minute to melt the cheese.
