Whatcha Making for Supper?

I have a nice ham shank so I’m thinking split pea soup. It’s a dark drippy day so perfect for such a soup.

I have a few leftover things, split pea soup, hamburger gravy and mashed potatoes, and enough burrito filling for one burrito. And one tortilla.

Pierogis and a salad. I think they are spinach pierogi and probably a potato one too.
