Fried buttered noodles, and cream corn and peas.

Flounder fillets in my new Ninja grill ( early Christmas present), potato pancakes, and sweet corn.

I made buttermilk biscuit pot pie hand pies, and spinach.

Last night was whiskey pepper steak, corn and carrots. Tonight was meatloaf, cottage cheese and peaches, everyone else also had angel hair pasta with herbs.

Tonight I’m trying out oven fried chicken, rice a roni, salad and a veg tbd.
