Leftover BBQ jalapeño and cheese kielbasa sausage, chicken breast, baked beans, green beans, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, and Cole slaw.

Good spinach recipe

One loaf French bread (hoagie bread works but isn't quite the same)

Spinach canned or fresh (preferred)
Butter
Mozzarella cheese salt and pepper

Split bread so it's open face
Spread melted butter on bread
Layer of salted and peppered cooked down drained spinach get as much liquid off it'll ruin quick
Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake at 400 just a few minutes to melt cheese and crisp up the bread.
I like to cut mine in strips and dip in ranch dressing
A sprinkle of finely diced onions somewhere under the cheese is a great addition if dipping in ranch

I have a cuisinart oven on the counter that I use as much as possible.

It does not heat up the house.

I use my instant pot a lot in summer for that reason. Bakes cakes too!

Well it's labor day so the family is coming to the farm and we are having ribs, potato salad, coleslaw, and maybe noodle salad. Yummy all on the back porch of our barn!
