Whatcha Making for Supper?

Country rib stew with local pork and garden grown potatoes/carrots/celery/onions/garlic. Not a calorie light meal, but worth it the one time a year that we have it!

It is to die for! My husband’s family recipe (he makes it), but it’s quite simple. You make your own barbecue sauce (this one is a bit different than normal, but simple ingredients), add the ribs and veggies - you can boil the ribs or trim them a bit to cut down on the fat - and then let the oven do the rest.
