Slow cooked pork ribs, roasted Brussels sprouts for me and not sure what I’m giving to the rest of the fam for sides. They won’t eat the sprouts but that’s ok, more for me.

Do the sprouts in the skillet shaved. slice them up bacon grease helps.

Gosh now I wish I had some ribs! I have some frozen brussels sprouts I wonder how they'd do cooked like that.

Thaw them then slice is what I would try. Shop at Costco they have a great price for boneless pork ribs.
