Fried rabbit and blackeye peas

That sounds good! I still have some leftover fried chicken from the grocery store deli for supper. I'll make some homemade coleslaw, sort of. Chopped cabbage with Catalina dressing. And followed with my last chunk of carrot cake. The piece with all the orange icing carrots on top, which I saved for last! Haha Those carrots are the best part.

Not supper, but just had breakfast. I have to settle for Walmart eggs for the next 3 months. My Barred Rocks turn 18 weeks old in August, then I can start having REAL eggs! I like 'em sprinkled with Parmesan cheese...
