My take on Chinese rice with bar b cued pork.

We hosted our first pulled pork bbq with all of the kiddos and a neighbor couple…..fun afternoon/evening

My neighbor Duck (given name is Donald) fed me today. Grilled beef ribs, cheesy broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes.

Coors Banquet and vodka screwdrivers too! Good times!

I gave my chicks a couple of the beef rib bones that had leftover meat on them. They haven't figured out yet that it's good eats....

Beef and veggie stir fry. It turned out sooo good! DH said it was better than restaurant Chinese food.

Pork tenderloin, asparagus with butter and lemon and blueberries. Maybe some rice for hubs.

That turned into pork tenderloin, half a baked potato with sour cream and some cinnamon applesauce. I just wanted a baked potato!
