No, but I’m thinking about trying that next time. This will be the first time I’m introducing quinoa to the fam so thought hiding it in the spinach and mushrooms would work ok and keep the shrimp separate this time.

What is loaded potato salad?

Mine always has cubes of ham or Bacon crumbles with a sprinkling of grated cheese. I guess it is a cold casserole. No egg in mine. I always get shells.
