Wednesday was pork loin chops, corn and boxed mac n cheese. I needed something that was quick so yeah there it is.
Last night was spaghetti. We only do that about once a month.


Tonight......I haven't decided quite yet.
I think maybe fried chicken and broccoli and cheese. I think I want to make a sour cream pound cake today. I have a LOT of duck eggs I need to use.
I have frozen strawberries..... I may try to do some up to use with the pound cake. I don't normally have frozen berries so not sure if that is a good idea or gonna be a waste.

I am going to slow cook a pot of chicken paprikas to be served with dumplings and a vegetable yet to be determined.

Spaghetti and meat sauce AGAIN, until the sauce runs out (not soon enough). No grocery shopping because our bus driver was sick yet again. We have 3 male drivers who could have taken over our route but the dispatcher doesn't care.

BTW the male drivers only take off for their vacations. That will be bad for our route again as the driver ( my neighbor) goes to Florida for a month. (January)
