Whatcha Making for Supper?

I made beef stroganoff.... Nothing fancy about it really. It tasted good so there's that lol.

'Tastes good' is what it's all about in my book.

Last night's dinner was a mix up...what I thought was taco meat in the fridge was actually Italian sausage.

So my dinner turned out to be Italian Bean & Cheese burritos.

Can't recommend it.

It must be Poilsh day. We are having some pierogi, blueberry, and I think potato, and a salad. Husband is having a schnitzel, I'm probably having fake chicken nuggets.

Oh I love schnitzel! Years ago I worked with a German who taught me how to make them as well as spaetzel. She even gave me a spaetzel maker! She called it a spaetzel machine! Thanks for the reminder, I haven’t made either in ages!

Last night I baked country style BBQ pork ribs, and garlicy mashed taters. Think I will have a sandwich of that for lunch today.

It is always wonderful to have supper make for you by someone else!! No dishes to wash!

Making a note.....don't try the Italian burrito thing.....

Subway seems like a good decision.
