I had leftover pizza for an early supper (and breakfast). I'm making tuna casserole for everyone else.

Tonight is my first ever attempt at homemade mac and cheese with pork chops and southern green beans.

I used this recipe......except shell noodles and 3 cheese mexican blend.

Ok.....but....it isn't THE bestest most awesomest. I should have chosen a stronger cheese and it needed more salt and pepper.
