What's it made of? Grass? Green chilies? Peas? I guess I live in a bubble and I haven't heard of green chili.What makes it green? Green tomatoes?
Tomatillos and green chilis is what I know of. And what I've eaten had pork in it instead of ground beef. Green chili is popular out west here, it wasn't ever anything I saw growing up in the midwest.
