Whatcha Making for Supper?

I enjoy cooking, but get tired of eating my cooking!

Planning and preparing supper in the age of 'Pandemic' has become the high point of my day. How sad is that?

Tonight we had stuffed peppers, mashed potatoes, and summer squash. Way back in another time we used to eat out 2 or 3 times a week.
 
This is lunch, not supper, but still good and picture worthy. Twice baked potato with broccoli, 2 quail eggs, a bit of butter, and some Creole garlic spice.
