We’re having asparagus and smashed potatoes with the chicken. Chocolate mayonnaise cake with cream cheese frosting for dessert.

Baked stuffed pork chop, baked sweet potatoes and sweet and sour red cabbage.

Tonight is pan fried hamburger patty with cheese and smothered in tomato sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans and sweet corn.

We had tortilla pizzas again to use up the fresh produce, mushrooms, tomatoes, cauliflower, as well as onions and cheese. Also a salad.
