Whatcha Making for Supper?

Husband gone for a few days. Dining alone. Not sure which direction I will go. šŸ¤”

Upon the occasion that the Princess will not be home for supper , I make what I like/she dislikes - venison or lamb. Edited to add salmon.

She's like the girl with the curl on her forehead : "When she's good, she's very, very good. When she's bad she's horrid." Not really - she just has the puppy high energy more typical of her poodle DNA than her Golden DNA. Right now she is sleeping under my computer chair and is a perfect angel. She is smart and readily trainable. Right now I am taking her outside on a flexi leash. Once we get the invisible fence reactivated and her educated to it she will be able to spend more time outside where she can burn off all of that energy. Daily I throw a ball/toys down the hallway until my shoulder hurts to burn off some of that energy. :lau

Well, got a cooking bee up my bonnet this morning. Decided to clear ingredients out of the fridge and make actual food out of it. Making cornbread and boiling a cabbage to have tonight with some leftover meatloaf and carrots. Making a pot of mulligan stew to use up the onion, celery, carrots, defrosted chicken thighs, potatoes and corn. My fridge is now almost empty and I can clean it. Gonna freeze most of the stew for a later date. However, I did see some peaches in the cubbard -? peach cobbler??
