Whatcha Making for Supper?

I'm lucky to have a jar of tartar sauce. On our one trip to the Keys I had stone crab claws with Key lime mustard. :drool

Ok, mention stone crab claws and I'm drooling for real :D

If you want to give the sauce a whirl, this is the recipe we like:
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
couple dashes of Tobasco
salt & pepper
