I'm lucky to have a jar of tartar sauce. On our one trip to the Keys I had stone crab claws with Key lime mustard.

If you want to give the sauce a whirl, this is the recipe we like:
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
couple dashes of Tobasco
salt & pepper
