I put chocolate frosting on the side and peanut butter frosting in between the layers and on top.

Hamburger soup. I forgot fresh haricots vert at the store so I’ll throw in a can of baby peas instead. Maybe some fresh bread to go with

Steak on the grill, rice, and spinach.

We have the silcone egg rings perfect size

I've found the sides of those don't get hot enough to cook well.

We have a gas griddle on the stove but even in skillet never had a problem do not put more than one egg in?

Nope, even with just one egg the bottom browns before the white is set,
the metal ones work much better tho I wish mine were deeper.

Tonight will be clearing out a few leftovers.

Later in the week I am going to try to make corned beef and cabbage. I have never attempted it before. (Nail biting emoji here)
