Whatcha Making for Supper?

Egg salad, Ritz crackers and a Coke...yep, it was time for that kind of dinner

I baked sourdough a couple days ago, cooked a roast beef and grilled a London broil last night. So tonight it will be au jus beef sandwiches made with the bread and the beef. Also green salad that I just finished making and possibly another veggie.

Hubs has a pot luck (italian theme) today. I made a huge lasagna for that and will make a small one for dinner tonight.

The stars and planets aligned (we went grocery shopping) and we will be feasting on tacos for a few evening.
