I’ve heard of that but never tried it. Maybe it should be called “ I can’t believe it’s not margarine and twice the price” ? The buttery version of Flora is a pretty decent attempt, imo.

Last night was shrimp cocktail and salad. Tonight is slow cooked pork ribs with homemade bbq sauce, applesauce and steamed corn. Bacon cannoli for dessert.
