Lamb leg steak with sauteed mushrooms and spinach was dinner. Kinda thinking chocolate chip cookies and a glass of merlot would be a fine dessert.

Then I faffed around pulling weeds in the garden.....no Tommy Squeakers occurred.

One of my quests in life is to find the BEST Reuben sandwich. This has been made a little more difficult by going GF.

Had a frustrating day so we did dinner out at our favorite mexican restaurant. I had a chicken chimichanga smothered in a delicious cheese sauce served with rice and beans. Hubs chose steak fajitas.

Arrived home to 3 dogs very upset that I was gone. Mama is NEVER gone!

Got busy this afternoon slaughtering saplings with the mower,
since I had with the fresh tomatoes and lettuce, just threw together a burrito with frozen bean/meat mix.

I had a friend over and made Reuben sandwiches. Might have that again tonight since I still have leftover ingredients.
