Tonight it's pan fried ahi tuna (cheap Walmart stuff), rice, spinach, & cottage cheese.

I saw a YT about how easy it is to can beans so I made test run of ham and bean soup with frozen ham slices in instapot . Tasty , best way to cook beans cooked in 25 minutes, and one cheap meal.Tomorrow night I will cook cornbread to add to meal. I might can some for a quick meal in winter.
