We’re having foil packet dinners tonight…..salmon shrimp squash onion and red potato for me and mr muddy….teriyaki pineapple chicken for the minions

We also marinated most of the meat for the next week+ to age in cooler or fridge until time to cook or be pre-smoked tomorrow for meals this week

We had potato soup, cucumber, tomato, and cottage cheese salad with French dressing. Also sauteed some beets.
