Burgers it is! Mine will have sauteed mushrooms & blue cheese, and it will be rare.
@beluga3858 will have mushrooms, bacon, & cheddar.

I googled. Looks like something I would like.

It was tasty and my husband liked it. I felt creative and added some black olives and sliced zucchini, and finished with crumbled feta. I can imagine some sliced mushroom would not go amiss in this dish, either.
