Last of the pea soup. I'm having a cheese sandwich to go with it, and husband is having cheddar brats.

I hated it for many years because it was my mother's go to supper when we were dirt poor, plus the ham, yuck. I've come to enjoy it few times a year, especially when made correctly without the ham.
