I got my BYC cookbook yesterday!!!

I love all the great recipes in it AND that the name of the member who submitted them is included!

I found several I want to make right away but will plan on one or two a week so I don't end up with to many leftovers.

First up will be Dutch Apple Cake submitted by pirtykitty and printed on page 167.
Why?.....well because CAKE!

I made spaghetti with the last of the zucchini and green beans from the garden. Tonight would be leftover spag bog for DH but I’m making soup or something today.

That cake will be done in less than 10 minutes and smells AMAZING!

The plan was for baked salmon, salad and rice pilaf but the fish was bad so burgers and shakes. Tomorrow will be the salmon and such.
