Meatloaf on my mind for tomorrow? Maybe.

Finishing off Thanksgiving leftovers (Turkey, stuffing, mashed taters, gravy, cranberry sauce).

Got meatloaf on my mind, and ground beef that needs to be portioned out.
Not sure it will happen tho.

Well, it's in the oven, along with a potato, been a long time since I made that.
Bread crumbs were old, in sealed bag, and smelled a bit funky.
Potato was past prime too.

ETA: Damn, that was pretty good, nice change from my usual repertoire.

We did spaghetti here. It was a crazy busy day so something simple was needed.

We had fries, and salad. I had some fake fish fillets, husband had some chicken soup.

Tonight, we dined with the golden arches. Just a lot of stuff happening this week and meal planning is going to be complicated.

Switched here bought a Costco meat lasagna today so decided fast to do it .. garlic bread and a salad will round out dinner

Last night was the last of the turkey pot pie made with the last of the Thanksgiving leftovers. Not sure about tonight.
