Doing the chicken, fried potato and beets for color. cranberry on the side

This was the classic combo growing up.....too bad I don't have any corn to go with my meatloaf leftovers tonight.

Every year I freeze about 40 'meals worth' of sweet corn. I am unable to buy GOOD frozen corn.

Well, I am not spoiled by such quality, frozen from the grocery is fine with me....
... the left over meatloaf and baked potato was pretty darn tasty along with green beans.

Same here except my fish is made of soy protein.
