Got that started for tomorrow. Crock pot juice instead of gravy. To be served with wild rice and mixed greens.

When we moved here 56 years ago the Chinese restaurant was the only place open on Christmas Eve. Chinese food on Christmas Eve became a tradition that our kids and their families carry on.

Making ham scalloped potato and something tomorrow

This has become a Christmas tradition here the last few years, I make half the recipe and cut down on some of the syrup. We pop it in the oven Christmas morning when we go out to feed critters, than enjoy it afterwards.
