Whatcha Making for Supper?

Fresh birds need to rest in fridge prior to cooking
This was years ago so unfortunately I don't remember if I rested that goose or not.
I am please to say though that the goose I made a couple days ago turned out perfectly. Crispy skin and not tough.
 
Sitting outside the emergency vet so it's probably just gonna be some nasty fast food today

I hope everything works out ok for your pet! I been there so I totally understand the stress and financial blow. :hugs
