I'm thinking I will make a homemade tomato soup. I have plenty of canned tomatoes a friend of church gave me and some heavy cream.

mmmmmmm sounds amazingly tasty I love tomato soup ( and do put cheese with it ) I agree with @Iluveggers on this one you need it

Lamb shanks with carrots, celery, garlic, potatoes, lots of seasoning, and with a little wine sauce.

I planned for something but had a wrench thrown in this morning and didn’t get it into the crockpot. I have no idea yet.

I have a roast beast out nice one .. It is cold 30 out.
So comfort food potato and carrot.
