My hubby loves dutch babies..it's a pancake meets souffle..you cook it in the oven...at least I don't have to fry multiple pancakes.lol..that can take a while with several people.

For real. I usually make jumbo ones in my skillet so it shortens the cook time but it still probably takes me a good 45 minutes to make enough for 6 people.
